Pregnancy Yoga
Jude is also a qualified pregnancy Yoga teacher. Pregnant women from 14+ weeks are welcome to join our class in Colintraive on Wednesdays at 10 am. Please contact us in advance for details and advice. Pregnant women with an existing yoga practice may attend any of our other classes, which can be modified for your changing needs.
